I offer relationship, sex, confidence, and life coaching. I create unique experiences based on each individuals needs. My ethos is nonjudgemental unconditional support. I am here to help you shine, grow, and become more of the person you want to be. I coach on owning your desire, self-esteem building, learning how to say yes and no, and building strong relationships. I center your narrative and work with you to create achievable goals.

I work with individuals, multiple partners, and groups. I support you in your own personal process and interpersonal process with your partner(s), lover(s) and other people you relate with. I am here to listen to you, offer guidance, and help you understand what you want. Coaching is a space of unconditional care in which you can truly be yourself.

I love to work with people over time. Poly Excellence doesn’t happen overnight! While I do offer one-time coaching sessions, I primarily work with people on an on-going basis. I work with people of all sexual orientations, genders, and backgrounds. I welcome queer, straight, bi, pan, asexual, trans, nonbinary, cis - literally if you exist which you do I am honored to work with you. AND while this coaching practice centers poly people - monogamous folks are welcome too.

In addition to coaching, I facilitate rituals and ceremonies for major life cycle events.

Sessions are available in-person, phone, and video. Sessions are 1 hour, 90 minutes, or 2 hours.

Rates are dependent on number of sessions, time, and also operate on a sliding scale based on income and with deep consideration for those who carry a resilient identity. Inquire within.
